Untamed Wilderness, Elevated Comfort.
Your Private Bush Glamping Sanctuary
Where rugged adventure meets secluded luxury for the ultimate group escape.
A Karoo Glamping Experience
Reconnect with the rhythms of nature without sacrificing the comforts of home. Our newly developed bush-caravan site offers a rare, secluded haven designed for an intimate group experience. Perfectly suited for family reunions or a restorative getaway with close friends, the site is strictly limited to three bush caravans (maximum 12 guests) to ensure total privacy and an immersive connection to the wilderness.
The site blends a rustic, “true bush” atmosphere with thoughtful amenities. You will enjoy a private shaded relaxation zone and a dedicated luxury bathroom featuring both a deep soaking tub and an invigorating open-air shower—ideal for stargazing while you freshen up. For your culinary needs, a separate boma area with a traditional fireplace provides the perfect setting for fireside storytelling and outdoor cooking under the canopy of African trees. Practical touches like 12-volt lighting and a dedicated dishwashing area ensure your stay remains comfortable and hassle-free.
Here, the wild isn’t just nearby—it’s your neighbor. Wild animals roam freely around the perimeter, offering an authentic safari experience right from your doorstep. Guests are encouraged to explore the reserve’s vast 4500-hectare expanse; whether you choose to book a guided scenic game drive, wander our private hiking trails, or traverse the landscape on your mountain bike, adventure awaits. While the site is designed for remote immersion, the full amenities of the lodge—including high-speed Wi-Fi and curated gourmet meals—are just a short distance away and available upon reservation.
Please note: To maintain the aesthetic and off-road integrity of the site, we cater exclusively to bush-wagon caravans. Standard caravans and ground tents are not permitted. For inquiries and current seasonal rates, please contact our team directly.

Arriving quite late in the evening, the host was extremely friendly and happy to receive us. On request he was willing to arrange for us a late supper. It was a burger and chips, that will compete with many master chefs. Went on a lovely game drive in the morning.Posted on Google Danika AfricaTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Stunning location with really friendly staff and owners. Definitely worth making a trip to AGLPosted on Google Joan AnTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Wonderful, child-friendly lodge with simple yet very clean and tastefully designed chalets that feature both an outdoor braai and a fireplace to heat the chalet (4 bags of fire wood as well as fire starters were provided upon arrival). The staff and owners were very welcoming and helpful, making us feel as part of the family - special thanks to Elijah who pointed out game, was always at hand to assist as well as cooking us delicious dinner. Jan, the owner, treated us to a beautiful game drive including a picnic with a view over the waterhole. We got caught in the rain and it made the experience even better. Worth staying two nights or more to really unwind, enjoy the nature and see some game. A baby cot is available upon request.Posted on Google Alexander FreudenbergTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. For a 3 star self catering you should not expect much. Good for a 1 night visit. Take a cell phone battery bank and a ups battery for lights and your own fan. No cellphone signal so prepare to be offline but they do have adequate unsecured wifi
